well today was a beautiful day! It was in the high 40's and i went for a 30 min walk. have been trying to keep busy so i dont eat as much. i have to go to work tonight though so im gonna try and not eat anything there. i work at mcdonalds so its really hard to not eat anything there. especially when you close and they have a ton of food left for taking. not me tongiht. not gonna take anything unless there are salads or parfaits left over. I dont have a huge support team but i have to keep telling myself i can do it and i know i can.
