I was down 1lb last night! YAHOOOOO!!!!! Gonna shake up my work outs with Yoga 2x a week and Pilates once a week! My challenge for this week is to DRINK my WATER and EAT my Fruits & Veggies! Here is to a Kick Butt week Girls! ;)

add lemon and a splenda to your water, makes it taste a bunch better!

Woohoo... you're doing fabulous Erin! :o) I'm aiming to try fit in some exercising too and try out my new exercise dvd that I bought last weekend. So busy this week that exercise just went out the window. Definitely makes a difference though, so I will be trying to kick butt with you! :o)
