Did ok on calories today, but went over my alloted sugar, fiber, and carbs. I think I didn't do too bad, but I ate 2 chocolate chip cookies without even thinking. I think if it hadn't been for that I would have done really well. I had gotten to the third cookie before I realized what I had done and in mid-chew, I spit it out. Tomorrow is a new day, so I will stick with it and improve.
