OMG ! I am horrified at yesterday's diet log :( Yet another "goodbye" party where my friend had made a yummy spread just for us .... I think if I had just picked at the food, she might have felt insulted (having put so much effort into the meal for us) - so I ended up eating a lot (the food was great and second I didn't want to insult her by eating very little) I wonder how one deals with this situation - how do you stay in control without hurting the other person's feelings ?
