Does everyone think drinking water makes such a difference and why?

I find drinking water (2 litres a day) helps keep my sweet tooth away a bit and helps me keep awake. It also fills me up.

Drinking water is important. If you don't like the taste of water, like me, get some flavored tea, I like mint or ginger. Boil 4 bags in about a quart of water. Let cool, add sweetener to taste. Pour whole thing in a half gal. pitcher and fill container with cold water. Place in refrigerator and drink when you want. It's great

Our bodies are mostly water, right, right..So when we don't drink the water our bodies become well, stagnant in a way. O.k. I am a Mortician not a doctor so bear with how I explain things:-) When you drink a lot of water it helps flush your system clean kinda like a flowing river. Toxins (fats and pollutants) in our body build and build when we don't have our systems working correctly and therefore our metabolism slows cause our system is polluted, when we drink the water it keeps our system working regularly. I drink at least 100 oz a day and in the summer easily drink 200 oz a day but because I really don't like plain H2O I add Crystal Light and have a specified 32 oz cup that I use. It is sooo easy to drink 4 a day especially when there is such a variety of flavors of the crystal light and BAM NO CARBS!!! Love it! You can do it and can't wait to hear from you. Good Luck and be strong and have faith!! Michelle
