I just wanted to weigh in and get journalized because I haven't done so in some time. I continue to operate on a "modified" Medifast plan. I try to substitute some "off the shelf" items for some of the bars and meals. I think that my substitutions will work for maintenance -- but I am not getting the fast weight loss as in the first 3 months on MF, of course. I still intend to get another 20 lbs off. But, I guess there is no deadline, and I am going on a cruise in early February.
