It's so hard for me to hold on to the angry determination when the hurt seems to overtake everything at moments. These moments of weakness are killing me. I KNOW KNOW KNOW that this is the right thing to do. It's just hard to see how easy it is for him to walk away from 5.5 years. There are moments when we talk like old friends. Then the memories force their way to the surface, and I'm left breathless. The kisses, the caresses, the dances, the laughter... it's almost too much to bear at moments. I told him Sunday that I just wish I could erase him from my heart and my mind. It would be so much easier if there were a delete button in real life.

I ate yesterday. I had a 6 inch turkey subway and chicken noodle soup. Then I had a bologna sandwich around 8:30 when I felt hungry. That was honestly the first time I've felt hungry in about 3 days. That's a good sign, right?

Hey Pretty - I feel your pain - if it helps sex is really not the same to most men as it is with most women (when they say it meant nothing, it really did not mean anything to them...but to you, that is a different story). Sending you good vibes ((((((((((((())))))))))) With the eating you would be better maybe sitting and writing out a weeks menu and just sticking to it, even if you don't feel hungry, just try and stick to a food routine knowing that you are taking care of yourself in this department, then you can use you energies on healing emotionally ♥

Pretty, I agree with what Tracy said...I always told my sons to remember that when they were dating...to them it is a physical thing, to women an emotional one. Try to eat a little several times a day, even if you don't feel like eating. Each day will get better. <3
