Eating the same good food,living the same good life.
Made 30 lbs homemade Italian sausage today,yum..Air drying about 20 lbs of it.Processing 3 whole pork loins also,to air cure..Hopefully the weather will cooperate.50's again today..We need winter weather,not fall.I know I shouldn't complain but,I kinda like the cold and snow.
