Cajun Kitchen after church, with Mike and Danny. I've been eating a LOT of comfort foods lately, heavy on the salt too. Just read that omitting salt, for one woman in a mag, caused her to lose 1-2 ring sizes on her finger, so I need to STOP THE SALT!

Went to Pilates last Monday, Tuesday night and Thurs. night, reformer, mat and barre classes. But no cardio at all.

Praying that Danny will have a kinder 'tude towards Mike and vice versa. Had a relatively bad day with Mike in Los Olivos yesterday...I ate a salad at the Los Olivos Cafe and Mike just had water and a piece or two of the bread they brought. Had to listen to 2 podcasts instead of having the reconcilatory talk I thought we were going to have after a long talk Fri. night, but he can't forgive me, it seems. I guess I'm supposed to believe he loves me because he's HERE, he said. As opposed to telling all his friends that his mom (like his dad Bob) is dead. I should feel lucky that he doesn't tell all his friends that I'm dead, too. What a blessing! 8:(
