Did horrible my first week...I really messed up. My goal is to stop drinking wine all together. I have such a stressful job...I have fooled myself into thinking the wine helps. I'm going to use exorcise in place of the wine and see what happens. Today is a new day, we start again!

I'm also going to take the loose 50 lb challenge...
