Looking at the mini challenges, for the recent challenge I joined, one of them being no consumption of alcohol; that's a no brainer for me. The only time I even consider drinking alcohol is during the major holiday season, and we're a month past that already; even then I never go overboard.

Superbowl Sunday is maybe a 2 low carb beer day for me. I'm making low carb meatballs and a cheese ball to bring to a party. I want to make sure I can eat low carb there.
