1/8/12 Went to first excercises last week. Wednesday was a spin class. Ouch! Thursday was a circuit class. Intense! Friday was a deep water aqua fitness class. Difficult, but not bad. Just the thing after the other 2 classes. I think this is the perfect order to do these classes. So far I think I will start with these 3 classes and try to get used to them first. I was terribly sore all those days and thru Saturday. I was finally feeling more normal on Sunday. Still a few twinges, but not bad.
I am determined to make this a routine and push myself even though I know that I will be sore alot.
Oh! and I must invest in padded bike shorts. Did I mention, Ouch!
