Good Morning! Well, i made it through the weekend. I was so proud of myself on saturday, my sister had a party at our apartment and there were cookies and cheese and crackers and i didn't have single one! they even ordered thai food (which is my favorite!) and i just cooked up some veggies and brown rice. but on sunday i broke down and had a few pieces of halloween candy, though they were the little bite sized ones i still feel pretty bad about it. i felt so good about not giving in on saturday and then i caved the very next day. at least i didn't go crazy with it, just 3 pieces. oh well, i'll just have to work out extra hard today!

WOW! Congratulations. A few pieces of halloween candy may not have been in your eating plan, but look how great you did otherwise! Taking the time to bring and cook your own veggies and rice show how commited you are. Not to rationalize but those snack size candy's are usually around 90-100 calories if they were chocolate so it won't take that long to burn through that.
