I have a quick question for anyone that would like to give me an answer. I have tried the IF and with no results for the past week. Has anyone else experienced this? I was loosing when I was eating 3 times a day. I thought I would give it a try to see how it would work for me, but it didn't. Has anyone else had this happen to them??
