Well, eating every 3 hours is actually on the mark with FSD. You're supposed to eat 4-5 times a day. I know it's hard, my husband eats whatever he wants to but you have a choice...to eat what they're eating or eat what you need to in order to lose weight. If you're on Phase 1, you could prepare a large salad and nibble on it throughout the day. Also, cook a bunch of brown rice and just measure out a cup or two as you need it. Always have fruit on hand. Phase 2, you can do the same but incorporate your portion of meat - could be something your mom has, etc. Bottom line is you can't control who you live with and what they're eating right now...but you CAN control what you're eating. You can do it, make a commitment to yourself and you if you fail every once in a while, it'll be okay but get right back to doing well so you'll cancel it out.
