First week down...working on the second starting today. Haven't weighed in yet...meeting is at 7 tonight, but I am looking forward to it. Subway has been my friend this week. It has kept me from going to the awesomely delicious Chick Fil A. Not that I can't have that, but I love the Chick Fil A sauce and it is 4 pts a packet. Yikes! I used a lot more of my weekly points than I wanted to, only had two to spare, but I did get six points worth of activity in so that kind of helps. Overall last week was rather easy to cope with and does not feel like as much of a burden as I remember it being before. Probably because of feeling like I have bookoo points compared to when I lost almost 40 pounds before, but I think I am more prepared to adjust this time. On a bittersweet note, my hubby will be leaving for three months in April and right now he is on such a wacky schedule that I don't have to worry about us co-mingling meals. Sadly it makes it so much easier. While he is gone though, I think I am going to experiment with different recipes and try to get used to actually making the meals at home. I feel so successful this week because even with eating out as much as we did I still got most of my guidelines in and stayed within points. So here's to looking forward to the first weigh in and a good 2nd week! Happy tracking! :)
