I slept longer than usual and I wasn't as hungry. I also cut back on carbs and calories today. I realized that my low calorie Gatorade had 20 grams of carbs per bottle. That's no bueno, so I'll be drinking water and seltzer from now on. I hope you all had a great day! 💋
