Need to drink water, exercise, and eat more fruit/veggies. I'm surprised that even on the days I seemed to do better for caloric intake, I'm still over on carbs and fat.

I was like there has to be something wrong with my thyroid i'm not losing weight but then i started counting the cal and i'm like oh good jesus you make simple bad choices constantly! :)

Surprising how fast they add up, isn't it! I had a bad time today with being on the road and hitting fast food. I was thoroughly disgusted once I saw the calories I had taken in but the biggest shock was the amount of trans fat, sodium, and cholesterol! I need to smarten up adn make good choices. You would think that quitting smoking almost 6 years ago would be harder than eating healthy and exercising. Sheesh! Good luck on your journey Siobhy209 and feel free to throw any tips/suggestions my way. I'm new to this site.
