All the trips are over for a while. All the holidays are over. It's back to regular exercise and focused healthy eating habits. It's time to get out my Hearty Vegetable Stew recipe. Since my granddaughter has become vegetarian, I may even fix it for our family when they come over. I'll do more vegetarian recipes all the time and try not to drown them in cheese.
It's 6:30 in the morning, and I've fed the dogs, had my first cup of coffee and am ready for the gym!
