Ok, the logging of the weekly food is going ok and my latest tweak will be to put in food as I buy it. Sunday I will go to my fridge and log in what I have in there fresh, and log what I plan to eat during the week, and then during the week will add the snacks that I sneak in and "forget" to add.
Focus! Need to have good snacks at the ready, like my vegan protein shake, and need to eat regularly during the day so I don't get hungry. Funny, if I am really really hungry because I skipped a meal, then I end up rejecting the healthy foods I brought and go and get something out of the vending machine. I already had my breakfast and will add the shake at break time, then eat my healthy lunch at noon with my coworker who is my friend.
Tonight I will pick up my daughter at the train and tomorrow I will drop her off at the other train. It makes me happy to be able to help her!
