Cutting down quantity and being more aware of food types - increasing h2o and started daily vitamins... vitamins affect sleeping patterns and will start taking them in the morning. Major change: No alcohol Day 3.
55.0 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
