Haven't had a lot of time to sit on my butt and catch up on all the post.I am taking time to keep tracking and not go over carbs(25net) or cal.(1500)Thinking of cutting back on some of the fats also.

Trying to stay positive and stress-free.Weather is great(upper 40's-low 50's)and sunny.Took a walk outside and it was good just to get out of the house and move around.Think I'll try for a real walk later.
