I'm going nuts today. I've got so much on my mind and plate that I can't focus. I'm also hungry.

Is this hungry in my head or not? I'm not sure if this is my body's way of reacting to stress or actual hunger. I've eaten "enough" calories for now (it's after lunch and before dinner), but I feel like I need a giant piece of bread or something.

Drink tea. Get back to work. Be strong.

When you said you had so much on your plate, I though you meant literally! :) Keep busy, try to relax, you'll make it safely through to dinner time before you know it.

That was so true, Izzypup68! Today I feel better without a thousand appointments to meet.

When you restrict calories, you will become hungry, tired, and irritable.

That will last a few days then it will slowly fizzle out you know your body is used to expecting something at that time but it will soon forget and you will be ok. though if you are so hungry take something little for the mouth taste very small portion a TASTE.
