well...this is the year im going to seriously work on my weight. Over the years, the weight just seems to pile up and pile up. In the past i know alot of my food consumption was due to a bad marriage and alot of self esteem issues. Today im married a second time to a wonderful man who loves me as i am. I want to do this not for anyone but to prove to myself i can do it, i can do many things and im an outgoing person and ive begun to love myself and see myself as my husband sees me. Just gotta get the physical aligned with what i feel inside. Wish me luck. Words of encouragement always help.
