I absolutely hate to record everything I eat...what a bummer, the reality of why I'm gaining weight. Need to exercise more and drink less wine.

you are absolutely right...it is quite an eye opener! I knew I was so far off track, thus the weight gain. I like this site, once I get my regular food in the journal will be a breeze.
