I absolutely hate to record everything I eat...what a bummer, the reality of why I'm gaining weight. Need to exercise more and drink less wine.

just think of how much it will pay off in the long run, its like anything. you dont have to, but if it helps why not

you are absolutely right...it is quite an eye opener! I knew I was so far off track, thus the weight gain. I like this site, once I get my regular food in the journal will be a breeze.
