I am determined to re-write my story for the year 2012. Last night when I woke up and wanted to go on my scavenger hunt for a sweet snack, I remember the moto "rewrite my story". The only way I can re-write my story is by making and keeping the changes. I have been attempting this for three months and haven't quite got there as of yet. I have learned a lot about behavior and I have been pretty consistent in my exercise, so I have to implement this knowledge. I can talk a good game, now I must live the game.
