At 72, I've been there done that. Food is a crutch. My husband died 5 years ago, and I've been eating myself to death. This is my last chance and I have to do this.

Hi Memere72, I am turning 70 and I too have been using excuses for my overweight body and realize I need to get healthy or I won't be able to move.....lets support one another on this journey.....we can do it......;'(( I hope....
