Ok, so I have the shopping list on January 8, 2017, loaded into my Diet Calendar.
My plan is to use all these foods for my meals this week. So I will have granola and yogurt for breakfast, with coffee and milk. Lunch maybe chicken with some broccoli, green beans and salsa. Then dinner have ham with pasta, baked with cheese on top. Fruit salad for dessert. Like that for the week.
I may sub in somethings and skip others - not planning to buy any bread, for example, but I might use up the bread crumbs I have and on another day make some pancakes from a mix I have.
Good luck everyone! Right now it is snowing and we are supposed to get about 6 inches of snow - I am nervous about my daughter traveling since she will have to walk a mile or so from the train in the dark. Hope she gets home safely!
