Do people really count studying, grocery shopping, etc, when they're logging their exercise? I'm just wondering.

If I have to make 5 trips up and down the stairs to bring the groceries in I do. lol

I do, mostly because I want to be as accurate as possible. I tend to underestimate the actual amount of time spent on such activities, though.

I used to. It helped me remember what I did each day and also gave me a sense of accomplishment. It's easy to forget the little and the big things we do for our families, employers, and ourselves and ALL OF IT MATTERS. So, I say go for it if it makes you feel good to log it all. Thanks for helping me remember this! 😊
