Too much drinking, too much food, too much everything. I'm thankful the holidays are over. This weekend has been the worst. I over did it a bit on my ride Saturday and my back is tweaked.
Time to start conditioning again. I need the cold weather to get a good lung burn and put myself in decent riding shape for the spring.
