thinking of buying a new digital scale today, this one I have had for years and doesn't feel stable while standing on it. Doing good with calorie reduction, trying to maintain it at 1600 calories per day. Went to bed wanting food, so I need to adjust the my eating times to avoid that feeling.

I so wanted to jump up and just dive in something bad, at least I didn't dream about food.

On track and actually enjoying the flavor and small plates.
125.4 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 30.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

or add more fat... adjust so more protein early in the day.

In a month you will look back ,and dance a jig, because the weight will be dropping........you can and will do this.........

You can do this, mate. Going to bed feeling hungry is a good thing. You don't want to have food in your belly at bedtime. That's the stuff that really gets stuck to the ribs! 1600 is a good target for buds like you and me (70+, 210+ and headed for 185). Happy New You!
