Slept well,up at 10am. Left for Y at 10:30. Did 1 1/2 hr and burned 280 calories. Then went to aldi's and picked up Med's at cvs and went to Walmart and to Michaels and Bilo. Home after that. Changed patch to ulu. Spoke to Eloise.
