I dislike recording what I eat. It takes too much time because I LOVE to cook from scratch, but I hate weighing things. And frankly, I mess with recipes all the time to make them more low cal or taste better with seasonings.
But, all that has to change so I can get healthy. I'm currently obese. Everything hurts. Not a night goes by that I don't go to sleep and wake up in pain.
I want my life back. It starts here.
