My friend/neighbor let me use her guest pass at the Y this week, so I got a couple of solid workouts in. I have one use of the guest pass left, and am going to sign up for my own membership in the new year because they'll waive the $50 fee then.

I'd like to move my NordicTrack elliptical machine to my new place, but I need to prioritize how I spend money. I know hiring professional movers for that will be pricey so I'm going to hold off for now. The Y membership will be about $30/month.

I ate well yesterday - cottage cheese & half a banana for breakfast, an apple with peanut butter for lunch, a non-fat latte as a snack, and chicken thighs with rice noodles for dinner. I ran 2.5 miles at the gym and did 50 crunches before bed, so I woke up feeling good. The scale rewarded me by showing my lowest weight in about 6 or 7 years.

I think I may be down another pant size (6!) because the 8's that I bought last month feel a little baggy in the thighs & knees. I'm going to the mall later today to confirm.
