succumbed to a bagel from the vendor show that came to work, gotta figure out a way to do better because I think the only way for me to to really start losing weight again is to get my snack-eating in check. I know I really should eat planned snacks more frequently so I don't ever get too hungry, but I have such a hard time getting myself away from work to go and eat a snack, mostly because much of what I do requires doing tasks that can't easily be interrupted, and I don't have the convenience of being able to eat at my desk, because my desk is a lab bench. so, I have to be able to go to the food. anyway...hope everyone's week is going well! --s
