was a very bad girl yesterday my best mate brought one of his friends back and ended up drinking half a crate of stella smoking some stuff that i shouldnt have and had the munchies on about 5 bags of crisps cheese beans and ham on toast and didnt exercise on the bike or weights only walked :( the last think i want to do today is hop on the bike for 10-15 mins but i know if i dont i wont lose the weight. ive got a wedding to go to in 6 weeks and would love to b 14 stone if it kills me.
my husband and my mates birthday party is in 2 weeks i think i should hold off the drink or i will just overindulge again grr on me oh well at least i havent put any weight on just stayed the same better then puttin a pound on
anyway after writing this ive made myself guilty about the bike so im off to do 15 mins so ill only have 15 mins to do later bye for now xxx

man smoke is a problem for me too ... every-time I do smoke schtuff, I gorge! and than I'm to lazy to exercise, and i spent my money for good food on bad but delicious food! :) Somehow my spouse can handle it just fine without munchies or laziness, I don't know how ... but i'm not him :) The only thing that i find helps is having a TON of fruit right infront of me before I start smoking.

lol thanks for the tip will have to have a shed load of tangerines or something next time (altho im hoping next time wont be for a few weeks) my husband is exactly the same he never ever gets the munchies kinda jelous :D
