Officially down 75# from my high weight today!! it's still strange to look in the mirror and see someone wearing a size 10 jeans and a large top looking back at me, instead of a size 22-ish, and a 2x...I'm still getting used to that, and I still have a little ways to go to my goal range, but I'll get there. Gotta love all these charts and bmi indexes...when I get into my goal range, I'll still be "fat", but at least I'll be out of the "obese" category...14 more lbs to go there, somewhere between 20-30 lbs before I can start maintaining. I have no designs on being in the 130's like I was in HS, but you never know - right now, if I can get between 150 and 170, I'll be happy, and will take it from there.
