CARBS!!!! WTF??? I am tired of no matter what I do, no matter how conscious I am, like 45% of my intake is coming from CARBS, its bullshit. The truth is I dont know how to change it, how do I get more protein, less fat, and definitely less carbs. The Atkins thing is not for me, I do love my breads, etc. and willing to cut down and portion, but not willing to give up all together...not realistic, so not an option.....Any and all suggestions will be taken kindly! Thanks
