This is my first day/night and I will put more later. I hope I can stick with writing my feeling about hunger and only eating when I am hungry and not just eating because I feel like it. We'll see how this goes.

It is difficult to avoid emotional eating but to lose weight you have to avoid eating every time you are hungry too. I found sucking on a caper or a pickle slice on the tongue helps, a burst of intense flavor

I am not eating emotionally per say. I'm trying to find that zone of eating only.. when hungry. I've found myself going hours and not being hungry. Sometimes my stomach growls and I find I just need a drink of water or a cup of coffee with satisfy me. The body can go a long time without eating and run on our own fat. That is what I want to burn so I am trying to learn to read my body. It's been a challenge and I'm still learning.
