Over ate yesterday at moms house yesterday. A lot of fruit, turkey sandwich, cheese, raisins.
Okay- I'm all done now because I feel very guilty. I'm up 5 lbs. stupid.
AM Blood sugar was 116. My feet feel like shit!!
