Refeeding Day #2 This morning I have only traces of ketosis, I guess due to the 750gr of watermelon I had yesterday, but traces are better than no traces at all! Today I'll switch to papaya and maybe I'll prepare a smoothie with some baby spinach. I have many errands to do so it will be handy having my glass and water bottle to bring around. Sleep is still bad for some reason....not sure why.

Have you tried chamomile teas, or maybe something lavender scented (like an aromatherapy spray or sachet)? Possibly the room needs to be darker or quieter? I have a little brother who really liked his sleep mask for a while, so maybe one of those could help (sleep masks, not little brothers.). :)
