Thanksgiving was fun. My brother and his wife did an excellent job making a great family meal. We had entertainment afterwards: my nephews sang, my daughter sang, I showed off my new dress. Didn't count what I ate, but we drove 400 miles round trip so there wasn't a lot of time for eating way too much. Maybe I will log if I can get up the energy. The weather is drab here today, so I am not really excited today about getting out or doing anything.
Man, I am getting tired measuring and listing all the foods every day. I know that is what is working for me, but I am tired of it. Hoping to get a collection of 300-calorie packets that I can mix and match.
Found my body-fat measuring scale: this week's weight also includes a BF % = 33 percent.

The whole process does get tiresome after a while, but hang in there. You said it yourself that it is working. :) Have you entered saved meals or recipes in your cookbook on FS? That can simplify entering foods, especially for meals you have regularly.

The measuring and recording does get boring, but I like seeing what bumps me up or down. Your family times sounds lovely, and I LOVE the new picture/avatar!
