I had a rough start this morning. The little ones wanted donuts... I immediately got back on track and reset my taste buds with baby carrots and green tea. I planned out my meals for the rest of the day and I'll still end up under 1500 calories for the day. Alli blocks 1/4 of the fat calories, so I should have a good defecit today.

If you stumble or fall, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep moving forward. I used to quit when things got rough, but that didn't do me or my body any good :(

What is wrong with those short people?!?! Don't they know Mommy is on a diet?! ;-) Good for you for not falling completely off the wagon for childish pleasures. You're a strong Momma Bear.

Good for you for recognizing it immediately and getting yourself right. That's sometimes more than I can say for myself! We all make mistakes!
