I have gained 2.8 KG over 15 weeks since I reached my target weight.
Which works out at 220 KCAL every day.
2.8 KG / 15 = 0.2 KG/PW 0.2 KG x 7700 KCAL = 1540 KCAL 1540 KCAL / 7 = 220 KCAL/PD
Stupidly I had not been logging my hot drinks... :s
7 Teas/Coffees = 210 KCAL
Lesson learned: drink calories count too...
