The scale didn't move this morning. hmph.. I shouldn't be too disappointed. My sodium was a little high yesterday, and I had a piece of my father-in-law's homemade beef jerky last night before bed. Even the hubs commented that it was a bit salty this time. He gave us a bag to take home. I can't believe I limited it to ONE piece. I usually have 4 or 5 at one time. That's like 2 oz of salted and seasoned beef per piece! His jerky is the envy of the neighborhood though. I <3 my father-in-law.. especially since I don't have to live with him anymore!
I'm just going to make good choices all day so that I leave room open for at least a few glasses of wine tonight. I'm going to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and be mindful of what goes into my mouth! I'm about to head out to run some errands. That's pretty much the story of my life.. I should be called "errand girl". I suppose Erica is close enough! haha
