Somebody finally noticed. I ran into a friend who I hadn't seen in a couple months. "Hey, have you lost some weight," he asked. Why, yes I have!
I went offshore fishing yesterday and had a few beers; the first since I started this low carb thing. They were tasty, indeed! Got a few snappers and porgies, but nothing trolling. I haven't been fishing since September because it has been so windy. Snapper francaise for dinner tonight.
I made calamondin cake with almond flour. Thanks for the recipe site suggestions. It was pretty good. I ate 3 of the 14 cupcakes... inhaled, really. They were pretty small. Seems like half stuck to the paper cup cake thingy. That almond flour sticks with you; still full as a tick!
