Since it was SO nice for trick or treating last night we did our customary jell0 shot bag. I had planned for it though by keeping Sundays macrons in check. Halloween was not as bad as it could have been and it fell on a high carb day. After an amazing workout with my trainer and then walking 2.5 miles at night my body decided it needed revenge. At 3:15am I was awoken by soreness creeping in. It started in my glutes and progressively spread throughout my body. This carb cycling way of eating is so perfect for me! I wish I would have tried it sooner. I am already seeing a difference in the way things fit and my hubby noticed my legs looking more toned....and it's only been a week. Muscle memory I guess and since it has been less than 90 days since my fall off the health wagon it should come back pretty quick. Forgot to do measurements last week when I started but took them today so next Tuesday I will compare. NOTE TO SeLF: It says I weighed in yesterday but I didn't. I just changed my diet name and it automatically used my previous weigh in. Will weigh next Monday but for me it's about inches and body fat loss/skeletal muscle mass gain.

Isn't it wonderful when you find a plan that works for you? Every body is different, and sometimes you just have to try different things to find something that works. Congrats!
