well..here I am again starting over...I have been sick for over 2 weeks now, and flo came to visit, but I changed my starting weight, and my goal...seeing I need to lose 65 pounds was just too overwhelming, so I am taking baby steps...the first step..get below 200. Then from there I will make 10 pound goals at a time...
