So today is the cookie exchange at my office. I made low fat, and almost sugar free cake pops. Should I indulge, I am allowing my self to have half of one. That should be enough to satisfy my sweet tooth should I have one...
But I am starving right now and thinking about all of the yummy sweets, and am almost talking myself out of that. Today is day 3, I need to be good.
I might supplement my lunch with more healthy food, since I dont know if I brought enough to streghten my will to say no. Ugh! I need to think inspirational thoughts right now...
