So today I tried on a blouse I haven't worn in 3 years because it has been too small....and guess what? Not only does it fit...its loose. What a great feeling and more important to me.....motivation to stick with it. 11 pounds down in 2 months is not the instant gratification i was looking for....but feeling good is! So at least I am in in wholeheartedly today! Keeping the faith!
